What you'll do
- Provide customer inquiries with timely and accurate responses and first contact resolutions;
- Take personal ownership of customer requests and maintain accountability for follow-through;
- Provide exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed departmental goals as measured through customer surveys;
- Handle customer contacts that require core and advanced skills;
- Maintain our partner’s internal information and customer/account information secure and confidential;
- Consistently implement management mentoring to reach departmental goals.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- High school diploma (or equivalent);
- Player and support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others;
- Passion for video games and mobile applications;
- Experience in telephone customer service/call center environment (preferred);
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
