Health & Safety Specialist – English Speaker

What you'll do

• Support the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures across the organization;
• Assist with occupational health activities, including medical examinations, consultations, and clinic management;
• Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal and company standards;
• Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, first aid, and fire safety training sessions;
• Investigate occupational accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up actions; 
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and promote employee well-being. 

What you'll need

• Higher Education Degree in a related field;
• CAP VI HST certification;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Health & Safety roles (preferred);
• Good command of English, both spoken and written;
• Driving license (Category B);
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills;
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
