What you'll do
- As a Customer Care, you’ll assist customer’s needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages;
- Answer calls from customers, related to company’s services;
- Process pick up orders;
- Provide shipping information and quotations;
- Track packages and request proof of delivery.
What you'll need
- Native Norwegian speaker;
- Fluency in English – minimum B1 level (mandatory);
- Great listening and communication skills;
- As a Customer Care, you’ll need to have attention to detail;
- Aptitude for problem-solving;
- Dynamism and team spirit;
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
