Arabic Quality Analyst for Social Media project (m/f)

Your Role

Monitoring all contacts between agents and customers;
Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities; 
Ensuring the success of preventive and corrective actions;
Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
Providing one-to-one coaching to Agents (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.


Responsibility

  • Monitoring all contacts between agents and customers;
  • Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities; 
  • Ensuring the success of preventive and corrective actions;
  • Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
  • Providing one-to-one coaching to Agents (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.

Your Profile

  • Native Arabic speakers;
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
  • • Experience in Quality Analyses/Audits (preferable);
  • Experience in Contact Center environment;
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Customer oriented and strategic thinking;
  • Interest and passion for Quality.
