Responsibility

  • • Support online shop customers;
  • • Written and telephone customer service before, during and after the purchase;
  • • Advice on payment and shipping requests;
  • • Assistance with customer questions regarding the settings of user accounts.

Your Profile

  • • Fluent in Turkish spoken and written (C1/2);
  • • Good level of English;
  • • Sports enthusiast;
  • • Experience/knowledge in Contact Center will be an added value;
  • • Computer Skills; 
  • • Quick and efficient management of time; 
  • • Proactive personality, with initiative spirit; 
  • • Good communicator; 
  • • Dynamic and organized.
