Your Role

Teleperformance is looking for professionals to do customer support for the worldwide leader in software content. 

Our Client

Our customer is a world-wide leader in protection of information platforms, which provides anti-virus products and storage solutions. 

Responsibility

  • • Provide technical and customer support;
  • • Manage complaints;
  • • Manage chat conversations and phone calls.

Your Profile

  • • Native Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory);
  • • Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
  • • Proficiency in Technical knowledge of computers, software and operating systems (MS-Windows) – Preferential;
  • • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications; 
  • • Ability to communicate without MTI (Mother Tongue Influence);
  • • Explain complicated technical concepts in simple words;
  • • Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment.
