Your Role

We are looking for a creative Data Analyst, someone who can identify business opportunities and valuable customer insights by assessing and manipulating large data sets. As a Creative Data Analyst, you are curious and passionate and eager to find meaning and trends in data. 
The candidate will be responsible for developing digital customer profiling and customer journey analysis using ultimate research and social media tools as databases.

We need an experienced Research Analyst that is willing to learn the business from the ground up and support our existing initiatives or develop new initiatives. As an ideal candidate, you must have notable energy and enthusiasm to join a passionate multicultural team working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibility

  • Ideate audiences and customer profiles for customized Customer Experience proposals; 
  • Generate studies for publication based on latest customer experience market trends; 
  • Develop methods and processes so consultants and management can easily and fast access data;
  • Contribute to the development of new metrics to measure the success of social media strategy; 
  • Identify trends and help consultants understand how these might impact business;
  • Assist digital consultants and management with client management activities, including participation in client meetings.

Your Profile

  • Extreme attention to details and accuracy;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong Understanding of statistical concepts and statistical data; 
  • Proficiency in MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Proficiency in SQL, CSV, tableau and Power BI;
  • Preferably candidates with R programming, Python and Gephi knowledge;
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English;
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with others; 
  • Must thrive working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with high workload;
  • Flexibility in adjusting to unpredictable demand with rapid turnaround;
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented;
  • Master’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences, etc., 
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a research or analytical background.
