Your Role

  • • Help customers with questions regarding prices, subscription possibilities or payment conditions;
  • • Manage client’s service cancellation;
  • • Identify business opportunities;
  • • Upselling and Cross-selling;
  • • Assist customers with questions related to their accounts.

Your Profile

  • • Near-native level of spoken and written English;
  • • High School Diploma;
  • • Previous experience in a sales related job;
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • • Team spirit.

Our Offer

  • • 8 hours of work per day, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts and days off;
  • • Work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 1 pm to midnight;
