  • • Addressing and resolving inbound customer support inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues;
  • • Deliver accurate and professional customer service by email, chat support, and/or phone;
  • • Working with internal cross-functional partners to resolve customer inquiries;
  • • Ensure each inquiry is “resolved” from the customer's perspective, in a timely manner;
  • • Actively contribute to a knowledge base of resolution;
  • • Identify opportunities to improve products, services, and the customer experience of new immersive technology.

Your Profile

  • • Native English speaker;
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • • Service-oriented mindset and approach to work;
  • • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment;
  • • Self-starter/self-motivated to achieve top performance standards;

  • • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.
