Your Role

The Trainer is responsible for developing an onsite training function that will support and drive performance improvement. This person is also responsible for ensuring that our Agents and Team Leaders are trained to highest standard in customer service and (where appropriate) management. Based on training needs analysis, develop effective material and efficient training plans that will drive performance across English market KPIs.


  •  Support the development and customer operations training function;
  • Plan, prioritize & schedule all training requirements;
  • Create new and develop existing training material;
  • Ensure training standards of excellence;
  • Assist Supervisors and Managers with the transition of new recruits onto the floor;
  • • Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • Availability to travel for business trips.

Your Profile

  • Studies in Human resources area (preferred);
  • Work experience as a Trainer at least 1 year (preferred);
  • Proven record of training initiatives and program design; 
  • Professional experience in customer experience environment and/or related industries (preferential);
  • Degree in training or teaching;
  • Fluent in English (at least C1 level preferred);
  • Knowledge of another language is a plus (French, German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish are preferred);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Analytical and critical thinking;
  • Time-management skills;
  • Prioritizing and proactive;
  • Team player;
  • Ability to innovate;
  • Problem-solver.
