Responsibility

  • • Co-ordinate and develop knowledge and information management strategies for the project;
  • • Manage information needs from and to all operational areas (People Management, Training, Quality);
  • • Research and collect data to improve opportunities for tools and information needs of the users;
  • • Designing and refining search and retrieval processes from all new and existing activities;
  • • Pursue new ways to add value to the relationship between Philip Morris and the project;
  • • Prepare and deliver briefing and training sessions for the staff;
  • • Coordination of projects focused on knowledge management.

Your Profile

  • • Proven experience in a customer support environment;
  • • Dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate people;
  • • Self-motivated and data-driven;
  • • A team player with analytical and communication skills;
  • • Native German speakers (mandatory);
  • • Fluency in English (minimum mandatory B2);
  • • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment;
    • Deadline-oriented.
