Responsibility
•
Give support to: contract signing; contract termination, holiday/absence/day off request, absence justification delivery, changing availability, changing personal information, statements delivery, salary processing, scheduling, among other issues;
•
Follow up and registration of leave applications;
•
Contractual clarifications;
•
Absences documentation (reception, registration in the system and archive it);
•
Follow up of attendance regarding occupational accidents;
•
Internal initiatives registration;
•
Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the projects results.
Your Profile
•
High School (minimum);
•
Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2);
•
Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus, if applicable (German, French and Spanish).
•
Previous professional experience as administrative in human resources - preferential;
•
Experience in conflict resolution.
•
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
