Your Role

We are looking for a Community Manager Supervisor to be responsible of an international Community Managers’ team in charge of the Italian market of one of our biggest projects.
If you are passionate about social media, promotional events and customer service we would like to meet you.
You will gather experience in customer care, content creation and communication for brands and act as a voice of the brand on several social platforms.  


  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies;
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts;
  • Guarantee the response to comments and customer queries in a timely manner;
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends;
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

Your Profile

  • Italian native speaker with fluency in English;
  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager/Social Media Manager:
  • On e.g. FB, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Forums, WhatsApp;
  • Content creation for brands on social platforms (no design-skills necessary, but especially text and storytelling);
  • Customer relations & answer requests in a timely manner;
  • Ideally: Crisis communication experiences;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Experience working in a team and ideally leading one; 
  • Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. planning & creating engaging content, specials, events or other activities on platforms);
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels;
  • Analytical skills: ability to interpret online customer engagement metrics.
