Your Role

The Supervisors or 1st Line Managers are the leaders responsible for developing teams of assigned Agents or Customer Service Representatives (CSR´s) to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction and any other relevant key operational metrics by providing them guidance, coaching, support, motivation and education on a day-to-day basis.


  • Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;
  • Identify training needs for the team;
  • Motivating the team and managing them daily, according to internal policies;
  • Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
  • Developing action plans for continuous improvement;
  • Developing sales techniques and processes for the team.

Your Profile

  • Italian native speakers (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); 
  • Good Microsoft Office skills;
  • Experience managing teams or internal candidates with management profile;
  • Contact center experience;
  • Experience in working to achieve and exceed client’s expectations, KPI’s and Service Level Agreements;
  • Strong team spirit and customer oriented;
  • Analytical and good communication skills;
  • Ability to handle stress;
  • Previous sales experience will be a plus;
  • Creative, that comes up with improvement ideas.
