  • • Gather important information;
  • • Identify troubleshoot issues;
  • • Perform triage requests;
  • • Provide communications support between teams and business partners; 
  • • Share insights during official meeting check-ins in order to improve processes.

Your Profile

  • • One to three years’ experience in customer service;
  • • Native Portuguese/Brazilian speaker and fluent in English (minimum C1 level);
  • • Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience interaction;
  • • Exceptional communication skills with grammar and typing accuracy;
  • • Be attentive to customers, recognize their needs and offer them an appropriate solution;
  • • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team;
  • • Great listener and problem solver with analytical skills;
  • • Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions;
  • • Capable of reading developer documentation that might be more technical than a normal support manual;
  • • Basic Excel knowledge.
