Facilities Coordinator (m/f)

Your Role

The Premises Coordinator is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the company. They ensure the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities by working in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations in relation to buildings, premises .

Responsibility

  • Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
  • Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
  • Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance and cleaning;
  • Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;
  • Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives;
  • Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises.

Your Profile

  • Electro-technical or Mechanical Engineering Degree (mandatory);
  • Proven Project Management experience (mandatory);
  • Safety and Health CAP, level 6 (prefrenciql);
  • Previous experience in facilities management (mandatory);
  • 3 years minimum of team management experience (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Audit Certifications (is considered a plus);
  • Supplier Relationship Management experience (is considered a plus).
