Your Role

The Senior Project Manager will work in new and existing Contact Center projects, analyzing requirements, developing action plans, planning their implementation and ensuring stakeholders adherence and compliance with the deadlines.


  • Business analysis of on-going projects, connecting business units and the remaining areas, defining processes and solutions for the upgrade of the operations’ quality, price reduction and general optimization;
  • Business objectives’ analysis, requirements’ specification and follow-up of the implementation of new services or campaigns;
  • Analysis of the business guidelines and solutions development for the optimization of the company’s current resources, such as databases, telecommunications or others;
  • The project manager is responsible to check the quality of each deliverable; 
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities of improvement; 
  • Permanent supervising of the resources needed by management; 
  • Implementing company-wide management-approved strategies; 
  • Take an active role in the development of the department’s strategic and plans as required by department leadership;

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Management or Computer Sciences;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager (mandatory);
  • Previous Contact Center or BPO experience;
  • PMP Certification is a PLUS;
  • Used to work with Project Mgmt and/or SCRUM methodologies;
  • Strong experience with MS Office (namely MS Excel) and MS Project;
  • Hands on approach & TP knowledgeable;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Organized and goal oriented. Analytical and logical thinking; 
  • Positive, constructive mindset and strong problem solving skills; 
  • Strong negotiation and conflict mediation abilities.
