Your Role

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the CSR’s recruitment and talent selection processes taking into consideration legal issues, the company’s procedures and the established deadlines. The Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for the management of a team of recruiters and for ensuring both quality and productivity of the team. 
The Recruitment Manager will report to the CSR Recruitment Director.


Responsibility

  • Ensure the achieving of the area goals: selection of the best talents at the lowest cost in a timely manner;
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of new customer Service Representatives requested by Operations delivering the amount of FTE’s needed on time;
  • Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and selection operation;
  • Daily communication with recruitment agencies;
  • Managing the relationship with Hiring Managers;
  • Measuring and improving the productivity of the team;
  • Team’s management: new hires needs identification, placements and exclusions proposals.


Your Profile

  • Native Dutch speakers (mandatory) ;
  • 2nd language should be English (mandatory);
  • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to make decisions under high levels of stress;
  • Higher Education Degree / MBA desirable.
