Your Role


  • • Defining the right goals and strategies to help sellers to accomplish sales maintaining the energy, focus, engagement and motivation;
  • • Work on team motivation, help seller’s develop sales techniques and apply them so they can overcome obstacles and achieve goals;
  • • Understand the underlying motivators of the team and take actions to maximize them;
  • • Provide guidance;
  • • Assess team needs for skill, knowledge, and attribute development, and encourage ‘ownership’ of their own development potential;
  • • Develop and implement action plan and ensuring the success of preventive and corrective actions;
    • Value-added analysis relevant to program KPI´s;
  • • Identify risks in the various projects and suggest ways of internal control to mitigate the associated risks and provide valuable information about the project to the management;
  • • Identify training needs;
  • • Reporting of nonconforming situations;
  • • Interaction with other departments and with the Client in order to improve and or maximize results.

Your Profile

  • • Higher Education Degree (preferential);
  • • 2 years’ experience in Sales;
  • • Fluency in French (mandatory);
  • • Good level of English – B1/B2 (mandatory);
  • • Previous experience as coach/ trainer is an advantage;
  • • Experience in contact center environment is highly valued;
  • • Previous technical background is a plus;
  • • Goals and solutions oriented;
  • • Energetic;
  • • Autonomous and proactive;
  • • People person;
  • • Great communicator.
