Your Role

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager you will partner with our corporate client to make all the strategic decisions regarding the contact center operation. You will work with your Assistant Operations Manager to achieve the results and will be responsible for planning the necessary actions – recruitment, training, IT development, logistic conditions – coordinating the successful implementation with our internal departments.  You will be focused on SLAs, KPIs, commercial results, profitability, customer satisfaction and on adding value to your Account.


  • • Manage the operation and being responsible for strategic decision-making;
  • • Defining and implementing action plans to achieve the expected results, working as a focal point between the client and Teleperformance;
  • • Actively collaborate with various corporate departments such as Quality, Training, WFM, IT, Recruitment;
  • • Operational contact for the client, including organizing reviews;
  • • Driving the P&L;
  • • Coaching and leading the team (Assistant Operations Managers, Supervisors and Sales Agents);
  • • Promptly take and implement all reasonably necessary actions and measures to address the relevant issues as communicated by our client;
  • • Manage the sales operation working towards team KPI’s and sales targets.

Your Profile

  • • Solid and senior experience managing sales operations and teams;
  • • Experience in the BPO or customer service industry;
  • • Experience managing client-company relationships, KPIs, budget, margin and P&L;
  • • Fluency in English (minimum C1);
  • • Bachelor´s degree;
  • • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • • Excellent communication skills with different types of stakeholders;
  • • Passionate about sales and technology;
  • • Analytical and strategic capability;
  • • Professional maturity and stress management;
  • • Planning and Organizing;
  • • Capacity to innovate.
