Your Role

As part of our team you will provide commerce assistance to customers, identifying and driving program efficiency across multiple billing platforms. You will also be responsible to update customers and stakeholders on the resolution status of their issue. A great challenge is waiting for you!   • • Provide financial support for Office 365 users;
  • • Clarify queries regarding invoices;
  • • Guarantee customer satisfaction by foreseeing possible questions that the customer may have;
  • • Establish strong and trustworthy relationships with customers;
  • • Answer and resolve inquiries from LATAM customers in LATAM time zones.

Your Profile

  • • Fluent in Spanish;
  • • Advanced written English skills (minimum B2);
  • • Previous experience with e-commerce and billing platforms; 
  • • Problem-solving mentality;
  • • Time management skills;
  • • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.
