Responsibility

  • •  Ensure the clients excellent quality calls and satisfaction; 
  • •  Help clients with their personal accounts, internet surfing and billing; 
  • •  Actively listen to the client, show empathy and patience; 
  • •  Guarantee the quality of the message being transmitted and show good knowledge of the product and services.

Your Profile

  • •  Native or near native of the Turkish Language (C2);
  • •  Good knowledge of the English language (B2);
  • •  Good computer skills;
  • •  Fond of movies and TV series; 
  • •  Good communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • •  Good team player; 
  • •  Valid work permit in Portugal.
