Your Role

The TP University VP is responsible for designing and deliver an ongoing Executive level University Program to meet the evolving needs of Teleperformance and planning and direct all TPU activities throughout Teleperformance. Reporting to the SVP of Teleperformance’s Global Learning and Development department you will need to create and delivery ongoing mentorship and support programs for graduates, provide clear measurements of the success of the program and the success of our Participants in graduating the program.

  • • Plan and direct all TPU activities related to applicants, participants and graduates;
  • • Define and create process maps for each step of the process including application, course delivery, project and mentor phases;
  • • Work with SME’s to create a Learning Program to meet the ongoing needs of Teleperformance;
  • • Implement a clear L&D Structure for each module to include; Objectives of Session, Preparatory Work, Practical sessions and “homework”;
  • • Ongoing meetings with SME’s to discuss success of content delivery incorporating feedback from participants;
  • • Communicate with local CEO’s to identify appropriate projects for each participant;
  • • Create “alumni” support program to ensure ongoing network and engagement of TP Graduates;
  • • Define and implement mentor process for participants until project completion
  • • Deliver quarterly reports for TPU offering quantitate and qualitative analysis including Attrition, Role Advancement and quantitative ROI of program
  • • Proactive review of Global 9 Box models to ensure that the program is developing the right people;
  • • Engage with internal and external partners to ensure that our Executive Education programs are industry-leading, being proactive in making curriculum changes;
  • • Publish regular communications on internal platforms regarding TPU to maximize awareness;
  • • Work with former TPU graduates to provide mentor process for new intakes
  • • Manage TPU in line with the agreed budget.

Your Profile

  • • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • • Degree level education and recognizable industry experience;
  • • Experience of running a similar “University” Program (Preferred);
  • • Over seven years of Senior Level L&D experience (Preferred);
  • • Over five years of experience in an outsourcing environment (preferred);
  • • Over five years of Executive Education experience (Preferred);
  • • Operational experience and understanding gained within Teleperformance (Preferred);
  • • Intermediate to Advanced skill level of MS Office;
  • • Experience of using all core TP Tools (preferred).
