Your Role

Reporting to Welcome and Support Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate the development of the Welcome Support Assistants.


  • Welcoming and integration new hires and do their check-in in the company’s apartments;
  • Managing all Teleperformance apartments and ensure norms of conduct in the companies apartments are respected;
  • Manage the airport pickups and relocation support;
  • Keep up-dated apartments location maps;
  • Lead the provision of 24h/7 support to workers living in Teleperformance apartments;
  • Training and coaching of the team members;
  • Supervision of team members performances;
  • Give guidance to problem solving and conflict resolution;
  • Take an active role in the development of the department’s strategic and plans as required by
    department leadership;
  • Provide the team a clear sense of direction, ensuring the knowledge of each team member in order to develop the feeling of "Care" to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance and engagement;
  • Support, motivate and “enthusiastically” communicate the company’s culture and values, develop and coach each team member to continually meet and exceed their quality and productivity targets;
  • Measuring and improving the productivity of the team;
  • Team’s assessment: commitment, punctuality, attendance, initiative, capacity to achieve the proposed objectives, relationship with colleagues, etc.) and team member's performance evaluation.

Your Profile

  • Experience in conflict resolution and team management;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2);
  • Higher Education Degree – preferential;
  • Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus, if applicable (German, French and Spanish);
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
  • Driver’s license (mandatory);
  • Availability to work on weekends (mandatory).
