Responsabilités

  • • Customer Support to riders, partner drivers, restaurants, eaters, couriers;
  • • Assist, by phone email or chat, any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the service;
  • • Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues;
  • • Guarantee a positive service experience through verbal communication;
  • • Provide recommendations to engage with customers ‘needs.

Votre Profil

  • • Native written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • • Good level of English (minimum B2);
  • • Experience in customer service (preferred); 
  • • Excellent communication skills;
  • • Good argumentation skills;
  • • Problem-solving skills;
  • • Ability to control and drive direction of call with customers in several situations;
  • • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
