Ton Rôle

The Junior Project Manager will work in new and existing Contact Center projects, as well as with internal projects, analyzing requirements, developing action plans, planning their implementation and ensuring stakeholders adherence and compliance with the deadlines.


  • Business analysis of on-going projects, connecting business units and the remaining areas, defining processes and solutions for the upgrade of the operations’ quality, price reduction and general optimization;
  • Business objectives’ analysis, requirements specification and follow-up of the implementation of new services or campaigns;
  • Analysis of the business guidelines and solutions development for the optimization of the company’s current resources, such as databases, telecommunications or others.

Votre Profil

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Development, Management or Computer Sciences;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (level C1 minimum accepted) – mandatory requirements;
  • Previous experience as a Junior Project Manager or Project Management Officer in the contact center industry;
  • Previous Contact Center projects or BPO experience (preferable);
  • Strong experience with MS Office (namely MS Excel) and MS Project or similar tools;
  • Strong negotiation and conflict mediation abilities;
  • Organized, goal oriented.
