What you’ll do
- As a B2C Sales and Retention Agent for DAZN, you’ll sell offers to Customers over the phone and via live chat contact channels;
- Work as a team to achieve common goals;
- Be the point of reference for existing customers who ask to be contacted for any requests;
- Interact with the customer to understand the new needs and new requests;
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries, concerns and promote offers to retain customers.
What you’ll need
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (minimum C1);
- Fluency in English (minimum level B2);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leading you to play an important role within the team and available to support a colleague;
- As a B2C Sales and Retention Agent for DAZN, you’ll need to have the ability to sell;
- Passionate about sports;
- Capability to manage a customer;
- Availability to work in the night shift;
- A dynamic and highly proactive personality;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong motivation and ambition.
