What you'll do

  • As a Customer Service for Microsoft, you’ll provide financial support for Office 365 users;
  • Clarify queries, regarding invoices;
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by foreseeing possible customer questions;
  • Establish strong and trustworthy relationships with customers;
  • Answer and resolve inquiries from LATAM customers in LATAM time zones.

What you'll need

  • Fluency in Italian;
  • Advanced written English skills (minimum B2);
  • As a Customer Service for Microsoft, you’ll need previous experience with e-commerce and billing platforms;
  • Problem solver;

 

  • Time management skills;

 

  • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.
