Responsibility

  • Recruitment and Selection of English speaking customer service representatives for various clients of Teleperformance Portugal;
  • Handling of the entire selection process, mainly by phone and email;
  • CV analysis;
  • Preselection calls;
  • Selection interviews;
  • Evaluation of online tests;
  • Information and guidance of candidates throughout the entire selection process;
  • Creation and sending of accurate job offers;
  • Precise handling of administrative processes;
  • Positive representation of the HR department within the company as well as externally.

Your Profile

  • Native or near native in English (minimum C1);
  • Motivation to work in Human Resources;
  • Motivation to work on the phone (outbound);
  • Motivation to work in a Call Center Environment;
  • Motivation to work in a Sales-related role;
  • Experience working in a Contact Center (preferable);
  • Experience abroad (preferable);
  • Positive Attitude;
  • Great Communication Skills;
  • Well organized;
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Office and internet applications);
