What you'll do

  • Managing and motivating the team monitoring and evaluation;
  • Responsible for the development of each individual, to be accountable for the quality, productivity and attendance of the team;
  • Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize the productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin;
  • Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
  • Developing action plans for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

  • Native written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;
  • Good level of English Level minimum B2 (mandatory);
  • Interest, passion and solid experience managing Teams (minimum 2 years);
  • Availability for variable shifts;
  • Experience in Beauty/cosmetics Industry (desirable);
  • Experience in contact center and customer service (is a plus);
  • Learn fast, agile and adaptable skills;
  • Curious and sharp analytical mindset.
