What you'll do
- Motivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals;
- Ensure both individual and team productivity, manage performance, provide floor assistance and real-time coaching;
- Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.
What you'll need
- Native Turkish speakers (preferred);
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
- Experience managing teams (preferred);
- Availability to work in the office and in shifts.
