Our Client
Arval is the Dutch branch of a global leader in full-service vehicle leasing and fleet management. Their services typically include vehicle acquisition, maintenance, insurance, and resale, providing clients with a comprehensive solution for managing their vehicle fleets.
What you'll do
- Assist business mobility users with operational questions about the use of products.
- Responsible for the quality and service level.
- Supportive calls around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
- Identify common questions and gaps in processes and make improvement suggestions.
- Process incoming emails: From drivers of lease vehicles and answering supportive inquiries around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
- Outbound Call Handling: Appointment organization calls.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
