What you'll do
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Troubleshoot regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
- Provide information about fashion products;
- Escalate and reroute the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Comfortable working in a phone-based environment;
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive and confident;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
