What you'll do

Inbound Customer service for bookings, purchases of services or goods;
Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts;
Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand;
Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.

What you'll need

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2);
Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
Experience in customer service (preferred);
Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
