What you'll do

  • As a Customer Care, you’ll assist customer’s needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages;
  • Answer calls from customers, related to company’s services;
  • Process pick up orders;
  • Provide shipping information and quotations;
  • Track packages and request proof of delivery.

What you'll need

  • Native Norwegian speaker;
  • Fluency in English – minimum B1 level (mandatory);
  • Great listening and communication skills;
  • As a Customer Care, you’ll need to have attention to detail;
  • Aptitude for problem-solving;
  • Dynamism and team spirit;
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
