What you'll do
- As a Customer Service Representative for Microsoft Security & Compliance/Identity your main
mission is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering
a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.
What you'll need

Fluent in Portuguese and English;

Technical background (1 to 2 years), preferably in security and systems administration;

Technical support experience (1 to 2 years) in IT teams;

Proficiency in analysis and problem solving;
- Nice to have: Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration.
