Our Client

Our client is a US pharmaceutical company specializing in vaccine development. It is headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland, with additional facilities in Rockville, Maryland and Uppsala, Sweden. The company’s corona vaccine has been officially approved in the EU since December 2021. It is the fifth vaccine to be approved by the EU.

What you'll do

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every single opportunity, as a result of your commitment, passion and dedication to excellence;
  • As a Customer Service for Bio Pharma, you’ll place customers orders on the online shopping website;
  • Create opportunities and value for employees, clients, customers, communities, and shareholders.

What you'll need

  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – minimum B2 (mandatory);
  • Great listening and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail as a Customer Service for Bio Pharma;
  • Aptitude for problem-solving;
  • Dynamism and team spirit.
