What you'll do
- Contact new and existing customers on a daily basis and provide them with the best solution for their business goals;
- Drive sustained sales and proactively find new selling opportunities;
- Manage a portfolio of medium-sized businesses (SMBs) clients with responsibility for growing revenue;
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience and drive higher product adoption and spend;
- Identify trends and solve problems, facing multiple SMB clients.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in digital marketing or sales;
- Familiarity with online advertising products and social media;
- Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment;
- Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.

What you'll do
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospecting direct clients or agencies, and proposing tailored advertising plans. You will act as a trusted advisor, crafting data-driven strategies to maximize client success and drive revenue growth through Reddit’s advertising solutions.

* Act as a trusted advisor: Deeply understand your clients’ businesses, challenges, and goals.
* Proactive communication: Maintain regular contact, providing updates, insights, and proactive recommendations.
* Negotiate and close deals
Sales Strategy and Execution:
* Develop tailored solutions: Craft customized plans aligned with client needs .
* Expert problem-solving: Address client concerns and roadblocks with efficient solutions.
Data and Performance Analysis:
* Present data-driven insights: Clearly communicate performance and value to stakeholders.

Posts are organized by subject into user-created boards, which cover a variety of topics such as news, politics, religion, science, movies, video games, music, books, sports, fitness, cooking, pets, and image-sharing.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, social, and/or performance-based) and the competitive landscape;
- Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs and objectives;
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships;
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and optimize revenue;
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Native or C1/C2 German speaker + good English written & verbal;
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising or marketing technology;
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quota attainment;
- Experience managing and developing a high volume portfolio of accounts.
