As part of Teleperformance Portugal’s contingency plan regarding COVID-19, you will be working from home. As soon as possible and safe, you will join the team and start working in one of our 11 state of the art buildings. Also, it might be necessary, during this initial period, for you to work with your own device. If so, our team will give you all the support needed.
We are currently experiencing some delay in our recruitment process, the response time to applications may be longer than usual.
Responsibility
- Inbound Customer service for bookings, purchases of services or goods;
- Assistance with concerns regarding payment, shipping, return and exchange and further questions about customer accounts;
- Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.
Your Profile
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and good understanding of English (B1 Level);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Experience in customer service (preferred).
