What you'll do

• Provide Multilingual technical support consultation services to users through various channels such as phone, online, and email;
• Provide users professional technical solutions and capable of conducting technical knowledge output and training;
• Handle customer complaints and comfort customer’s emotions, establish good communication with users, and enhance user experience;
• Collect and analyze user feedback to optimize existing products and service processes;
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Experience in Technical Support;
• Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
• Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
• Dynamic and enthusiastic about technology.
