What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack developers, providing technical guidance and promoting engineering excellence;
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions using modern architecture and API-first principles;
• Drive code quality through best practices, code reviews, and technical standards.
• Guide the development of cloud-native applications running on Azure and containerized environments;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Support the integration of workflow automation platforms such as n8n and AI technologies including LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI;
• Ensure reliable, resilient, and observable application delivery through collaboration with DevOps and platform teams.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in Full Stack software engineering, including backend development, frontend architectures, and REST/GraphQL APIs;
• Previous experience mentoring developers or acting as a technical lead for engineering teams;
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, architecture patterns, data modeling, and integrations;
• Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-native application development;
• Familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes;
• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n or similar platforms;
• Exposure to AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
• Passion for technical mentorship and continuous improvement;
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
