What you'll do
- Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers;
- Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products;
- Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures;
- Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients;
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on first contact resolution.
What you'll need
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Experience in Technical Support;
- Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
- Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
