• Lead and manage Operations Supervisors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of performance goals;
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their highest potential;
• Monitor key KPIs, set ambitious targets, and drive continuous improvement strategies;
• Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of service;

What you'll need

• Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher);
• Proven experience managing teams (mandatory);
