Sales Supervisor for Reddit – German speaker in Lisbon

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll be an integral part of our team, shaping the direction of our sales efforts and ensuring that we continue to grow and succeed. You’ll lead a talented group of professionals, help them reach their potential, and contribute to the success of one of the most innovative and fast-growing companies in tech.

What you'll do

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative environment where individual strengths are leveraged to achieve team goals;
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and growth for Reddit’s advertising products;
• Set clear targets, track performance, and ensure that team members consistently meet or exceed sales objectives;
• Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed;
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies;
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new tools or technologies that can enhance team performance.

What you'll need

• German proficiency is required (C1 minimum);
• Experience in ads sales;
• Experience in team management;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must;
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve sales goals;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team;
• Strong analytical skills to assess team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
• Availability to work at the office full-time.
