What you can expect

As a Customer Service Representative for Microsoft, your main mission as a MPN/CSP Partner Advocate is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Provide the necessary help to assist customers with their queries, through phone and email;
  • Make an effort to regained customer’s confidence in the brand;
  • Provide recommendations to engage with customer’s needs;
  • Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.

What you'll need

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; 
  • Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills;
  • Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
  • Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
  • Great listener and problem solver for each unique customer challenge;
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic about technology;
  • Aiming to be part of Microsoft’s mission and passionate about helping customers.
