What you'll do

• Proactively contact existing B2B customers to identify sales opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline for growth;
• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry, acting as a strategic consultant to guide their online advertising strategies;
• Gain a deep understanding of your clients’ business goals and match them with the most effective online advertising solutions to drive success;
• Provide strategic campaign management and deliver tailored advertiser training to ensure clients are fully equipped to maximize their ad campaigns; 
• Drive revenue growth by upselling additional services and solutions to existing clients, enhancing their experience and increasing client satisfaction;
• Focus on delivering exceptional service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and measurable results.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Passion for advertising and sales;
• Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently;
• Client-focused, keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals;
• Attention to details and strong negotiating skills
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective; 
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
