Our Client

Instapro Group is a leading technology company dedicated to improving how people hire and work in the building and home trades industry.  

What you'll do

  • Acknowledge and answer customer requests coming from various channels (e-mail, chat, contact form, calls);
  • Handle tickets (e-mail) coming from builders and/or homeowners asking general queries or refunds for services incomplete or not done;
  • Call users to speed up resolution and facilitate conversations (email to call);
  • Manage back-office activities that may result in outbound calls;
  • Make outgoing calls to promote the product, to ensure customers are successful, collect feedback/data or for other purposes to support the company strategy;
  • Maintain customer records via the internal CRM;
  • Deliver against objectives, policies and deadlines set by your manager;
  • Provide regular updates to management on daily activities and escalate inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.

What you'll need

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2);
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
  • 3+ years of business experience, including at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service department with a proven track record of success (preferred);
  • Focus on achieving quality results and meeting assigned tasks, coupled with an eagerness to learn and improve;
  • Commercially minded, customer-friendly, professional, and results oriented, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
  • Strong all-around skills in administrative and organizational tasks, with general computer knowledge (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Salesforce) and internet proficiency;
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
