What you'll do
- Working on diversity, equity and inclusion assessments and benchmarks of wider organizational practices and processes;
- Supporting the team in creating positive action interventions to support under‐represented groups;
- Helping implement awareness programs that drive an inclusive culture;
- Assisting in organizing events and materials that celebrate diversity, equity and inclusion;
- Analyzing DEI data and analytics to understand and track diversity and inclusion in the organization.
What you'll need
- Higher Education degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Management, Public Policy or a related field;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2);
- Good MS Office skills;
- Interest in advocating causes associated with diversity, equity and inclusion;
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
