What you'll do

  • Working on diversity, equity and inclusion assessments and benchmarks of wider organizational practices and processes;
  • Supporting the team in creating positive action interventions to support under‐represented groups;
  • Helping implement awareness programs that drive an inclusive culture;
  • Assisting in organizing events and materials that celebrate diversity, equity and inclusion;
  • Analyzing DEI data and analytics to understand and track diversity and inclusion in the organization.

What you'll need

  • Higher Education degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Management, Public Policy or a related field;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2);
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Interest in advocating causes associated with diversity, equity and inclusion;
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
