What you'll do

• Manage inbound pet parent contacts via multiple channels on a daily basis regarding the products;
• Strive for first time resolution outcomes when possible;
• Manage your own caseload and independently source resolutions for pet parents; 
• Act with sense of urgency to mitigate any risk to the business through the escalation process and your own prioritization abilities;
• Capture all data from pet parents into CRM system to allow accurate reporting and continuous improvement in the products and services we offer;
• Work as part of a team to achieve defined KPIs and objectives.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (C1);
• To be genuinely passionate about pets and love working in a pet-focused environment;
• Customer service experience;
• Ability to establish and maintain a rapport with pet parents; 
• Social media platform understanding; 
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
