What you'll do

• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions; 
• Troubleshoot regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns; 
• Provide information about fashion products; 
• Escalate and reroute the necessary matters and issues to other departments. 

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Comfortable working in a phone-based environment;
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive and confident;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
